Building Dignity, Opportunity , and Self-Reliance
At FINISH Society, we believe that strong communities are built when people—especially women and youth—have access to skills, livelihoods, and dignified work. For over 15 years, our Skill and Livelihood Development programmes have supported rural and urban marginalised communities to move from vulnerability to self-reliance.
Our approach goes beyond training. We combine skill development, enterprise support, mentoring, and market linkages to create sustainable livelihood pathways
Women Empowerment & Livelihoods
From Skills to Leadership
We empower women from low-income and informal communities to become entrepreneurs, producers, and change agents. Our programmes focus on women-led enterprises, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and federations—enabling women to earn, lead, and influence decisions at household and community levels.

- Formation and strengthening of Self-Help Groups (SHGs)
- Skill training in tailoring, food processing, soap and candle making, sanitation products, beauty services, and handicrafts
- Business development support including costing, pricing, bookkeeping, and financial literacy
- Branding, packaging, and market linkage support (offline and online platforms)
- Continuous mentoring and handholding to ensure enterprise sustainability
