Role:- Project Associate
Job Description: –
I. Project Documentation:Creating, updating, and managing project documents such as project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
II. Scheduling and Organization: Coordinating project meetings, in Chirala/Guntur Urban & Rural Areas, workshops, and events, including scheduling participants, preparing materials, and managing logistics.
III. Communication and Reporting: Assisting with communication between project team members, stakeholders, and Clients, including drafting reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
IV. Data Management: Collecting, organizing, and maintaining project data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
V. Support to Project Manager: Providing administrative and logistical support to the project manager, including assisting with task management, resource allocation& any other tasks.
VI. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet established quality standards and contributing to the development of quality assurance processes.
VII. Risk Management: Assisting with identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, and tracking the status of identified risks.
VIII. Stakeholder Management:Excellent skills on Community Engagement, Door to Door Visits, Regularly School Visits, Contribution Collecting, Rapport Develop with GMC,CMC, MPDOS,PS & Gram panchayat , Presidents, Stakeholder engagement activities, including communication, relationship building, and issue resolution, regularly Conduct Mohalla Committee Meeting, Apartment meetings, Temples,meetings,& maintain the registers.
IX. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve project processes and workflows, and contributing to the implementation of improvements.
X. Compliance: Ensuring that the project adheres to relevant organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Experience:- 2 to 4 years of experience in waste management, school wash programs.
Qualification:- Graduate/Postgraduate in Rural Development, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Skills Required:-
a. Strong understanding of Waste Management
b. Good communication skills in Telegu; basic English and reporting ability preferred.
c. Proficient in MS Office, data collection tools.
d. Must be willing to travel extensively within rural areas
e. Passionate about working with rural communities.
f. Problem-solving and self-motivated attitude.
g. Team player with empathy and grassroots connect.
Location:- Chirala, Andhra Pradesh
Remuneration:- CTCupto Rs.18,500/- PM, travel extra as per project norms.
Language:- Proficiency in Telugu and English. Understanding of Hindi language is an advantage.
