Role:- Community Organiser
Job Description: –
• Door-to-door awareness activities on Solid Waste Management (SWM)
• Field-level SWM activities and community mobilization
• Conducting and supporting awareness/training programmes
• Data entry and reporting
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Supporting other project-related field activities as required
Experience:- 2 to 4 years of experience in waste management, school wash programs.
Qualification:- Graduate/Postgraduate in Rural Development, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Skills Required:-
a. Strong understanding of Waste Management
b. Good communication skills in Telegu; basic English and reporting ability preferred.
c. Proficient in MS Office, data collection tools.
d. Must be willing to travel extensively within rural areas
e. Passionate about working with rural communities.
f. Problem-solving and self-motivated attitude.
g. Team player with empathy and grassroots connect.
Location:- Chirala, Andhra Pradesh
Remuneration:- CTCupto Rs.17890/- PM, travel extra as per project norms.
