About the Project:-
The purpose of the solid waste management during 2024-25 is to setup decentralized system by promoting awareness around waste segregation, home composting from wet waste, plastic holding, MLP and valuable plastic management and liaising with GP to promote awareness regarding GVP cleaning.

Role:- Project Officer
Job Description: –
- Planning, Execution, and Monitoring of SWM programme
- Communication, Planning, liaison and execution with Govt. bodies for the sustainability of RSWM
- Plan mass awareness campaign, IEC materials, rallies, school engagement plan, facilitate and execute community/village level meetings etc
- Team, Time and resource Management
- Supervise, support and monitor supervisors, waste pickers and workers
- Timely submission of Monthly progress report and MIS data to Project Manager with the backup documents
- Any other project related work assigned by Project Manager
Experience:- 2+ years of relevant experience in development sector, preferred in waste management.
Qualification:- Post Graduation in social development or any other equivalent degree.
Skills Required:-
- Should have working knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets & Forms, and other Tools required to generate reports/case studies, etc.
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and waste management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Marathi.
- Strong presentation skills.
Location:- Ranjangaon, Pune, Maharashtra
Remuneration:- Between 180,000/- PA TO INR 222,000/- PA
