- Qualification:- Post Graduation in Social work, Social sciences & rural development or any other equivalent degree.
- Job Description: –
- Plan, facilitate, and execute school-level and community-level meetings with SMC members, teachers, students, and Gram Panchayat representatives
- Design and implement WASH awareness campaigns, including IEC materials, school rallies, hygiene sessions, and student engagement activities
- Supervise, support, and monitor school WASH facilities, sanitation workers
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance (O&M) of school sanitation infrastructure, including toilets, handwashing stations, and waste management systems
- Coordinate with school authorities, PRI members, and frontline workers for effective implementation of WASH activities
- Maintain records related to school WASH committees, activities, and infrastructure status as per standard formats
- Report directly to the Project Manager for all assigned roles and responsibilities
- Ensure proper solid and liquid waste management practices in schools, including segregation, composting, and disposal
- Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for teachers, students, and sanitation workers on hygiene and WASH practices
- Promote behaviour change activities focusing on handwashing, sanitation, and environmental cleanliness
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Project Manager
- Location: – Ranjangaon, Pune, Maharashtra
- Experience:- 3-4 Years in Development Sector/ Corporate Sector on the areas of WASH, Waste Management, School Education, Skill Development, Training and Capacity Building
- Skills Required:-
- Should have working knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets & Forms, and other Tools required to generate reports/case studies,etc.
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and waste management,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Marathi.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Remuneration:- Between 2.70LAc/- PA TO INR 3.20Lac/- PA.
