1. Role:- Asst Manager- Finance
a) Job Description: –
- Upkeep of books of accounts (bills, procurement, maintenance, rent etc)
- Upkeeping of accounts files all letters/ documents/ goods Inward / outward management.
- Timely entry in Tally and filing of vouchers on time.
- Follow-up with team/vendors for proper submission of bills/expenses on time.
- Filling Taxes & return on time.
- Maintaining legal database files.
- Audit of project accounts.
- Project budget monitoring.
- Statutory compliances and reporting both internal and external.
- Preparing MIS & submitting to respective donors.
- Any other task mutually agreed upon.
Experience:– 5 to 7 years preferably in the non-profit sector.
Qualification:– CA Inter/ ICWA Inter.
Skills Required:- Proficient in use of Computer Applications, Team handling,Decent Communication, Positive attitude, Team oriented, willingness to learn, Tally, etc.
b) Location:- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Remuneration:- competitive and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
