We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LHI Trainer & Coordinator to lead our Lighthouse Initiative Programme in Shirur, Pune. LHI Trainer & Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the programme, managing a team of supervisors and ensuring the programme meets its objectives and targets.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Develop and execute training programs under the LHI initiative, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct sessions for community members, SHGs, sanitation workers, and local stakeholders on sustainable livelihoods, health awareness, and inclusion.
- Plan and implement mass awareness activities, including IEC materials, rallies, school engagements, and community meetings to enhance participation.
- Oversee the implementation of training modules, ensure quality, and track progress. Collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Liaise with government officials, PRI members, and partner organizations for collaboration, advocacy, and policy-level cooperation.
- Ensure participation, and monitor behavioral changes and impact at the grassroots level.
- Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, progress reports, and success stories, submitting weekly and monthly reports to the project team.
Qualification-
Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Social Sciences or Rural Development
Experience-
Experience of 3-4 Years in Development Sector/ Corporate Sector on the areas of WASH, Waste Management, School Education, Skill Development, Training and Capacity Building
Key Skills-
Documentation, Presentation, well versed with Microsoft Office tools
Location-
Ranjangaon, Shirur, Pune, Maharashtra
Remuneration-
3.50 to 3.84 Lakh per Annum.
