Mr. Saurabh Agnihotri

Mr. Saurabh Agnihotri

There is no better learning than experience gained in the field, says Udaipur-based Naional Project Head, Saurabh. A Post-Graduate Diploma holder in Insurance and Risk Management from Birla Institute of Management and Technology, he is a B.E in Industrial & Product Engineering. As a key resource person and researcher, he is one of the founder members & architects of FINISH Society, Saurabh has more than 15 years of cutting-edge experience in both the corporate world and development sector. Having been with FINISH Society since its inception in 2011, he is a Rural Strategic Planning Expert who is leading the team and operations in six states. He also oversees relationship with over 20 corporate, Institutions, Govt. Departments and State Governments. He manages and implements CSR projects across Rajasthan. These include projects in partnerships with Hindustan Zinc Ltd. in Udaipur, block level Intervention with UNICEF in Dungarpur for 40 GPs and 70,000 toilets. He also functions as Lead Supply chain expert in the district of Jhalawar.

Live research projects throw up solutions that you never even imagined, says Pune-based Sniro Manager Sneha Santwana. Armed with a Post Graduate degree in Management (PGPBM) with specialization in Agri-Business Management, she is a researcher par excellence. Having spent over a decade in the development sector, she joined the FINISH Society team in 2014. A passionate professional, she is adept at designing & managing projects, developing solutions and leading multiple roles. Her key expertise and interest areas include research and studies. Some of her major research projects include ‘’Study of Public Sector Support for Food products & processing innovation in India & Sri Lanka” with creating agri solutions, “Assessing impact of Sanitation & Health” with Oxford and UNU-Merit, “Willingness to pay for using community toilets” with IFS, UK & UNAV, Spain, and also “Implementing nudges for encouraging toilet use” with IDinsight. Her key responsibilities include designing and implementation of programs specialized in sanitation, waste management and capacity building in rural and peri-urban areas. She is an expert in content development, case studies, project reports, and develops training material. She also plays a key role in identifying CSR opportunities and preparing customized proposals.

Abhishek Chaudhuri

Presently based in Agra, he has completed his PG Diploma in Rural Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi. Having joined the Finish Society in 2017, Abhishek brings to the table a fine blend of corporate and rural banking experience that spans over 12 years. An expert in micro-finance, he oversees ongoing projects in the eastern parts of the country. His main job is to provide supervision, guidance, recruitment and reporting along with hunting for new projects from donors and CSRs. During his stint in the banking sector and also in the corporate sector. He has been responsible for achievement of Deposits, Loans, Third Party Products, targets on Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly basis. He was also involved in Audit compliances of the branch

Gaurav Kumar

Based out of the Finish Society head office in Lucknow, Gaurav possesses an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Nagpur University, Nagpur. With over 10 years of experience in the industry in various capacities, Gaurav joined the Finish team as Accounts & Finance Head in 2014. He leads and manage a team of six professionals, including selection/hiring, objective setting, performance management, coaching/development and training. He is mainly responsible for the monthly closing as well as maintenance of all accounting ledgers including monthly review of all account reconciliations and journal entries. He also prepares all financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows, as well as year-end financial reports. He also works with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff and compliance with all qualified requests

Joohi Khushbu

Joohi Khushbu

If you ask the right questions, you are bound to come up with innovative answers, says Jaipur-based Communications Manager, Joohi Khushbu. With a Post Graduate degree in Management (PGPBM) with specialization in Agri-Business Management from Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management (VAMNICOM), Pune, she is an avid researcher. Having spent a decade in the developmental sector, Joohi joined Finish Society as Communication Manager in 2017. Her primary tasks involve monitoring and evaluating on-ground projects. She is also busy capturing and creating on-ground stories in the form of case studies, newsletters, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the Society’s various projects. She then shares them internally and externally. Apart from this, she writes fundraising proposals and is responsible for streamlining the communication flow of the organization.

Chander Mahadev

His ability to keep an ear to the ground, and find meaning in day-to-day activities has made him excel in the field of journalism. With a Master’s degree in Journalism & Mass Communication, Chander has over three decades of experience with mainstream media and then made his mark as a media academician. He is actively involved in generating stories from the ground & motivating & mentoring team members, he joined the Finish Society team in 2017. His primary job is to get media exposure to the Society and to streamline the processes and communication flow of various ongoing projects. A Blogger, journalist, script-writer, and Lead Trainer he has been actively involved with media research and education for nearly four decades. He has worked for three decades in leading news dailies like The Times of India and The Indian Express. From 2006-2016, he worked as Professor in Mass Communication, at the Amity School of Communication, Lucknow.

Shiv Kumar Sharma

Shiv Kumar Sharma

If you train a man, you may help him get a job, but if you train a women she will empower society, is the philosophy that Training Head follows. With a Masters in Sociology, Shiv is the latest entrant (joined in in 2018) to the FINISH Society team. He is the Training Head with proven skills in TOT programs. He is adept at developing innovative community-centred and environment-friendly interventions. He conducts need-based training programs especially on community and social development issues. He brings to the table his vast and rich experience as field trainer. His 32-year professional stint includes 22 years in the government sector, office management, liaison, Social Development, Project Management/Implementation, Documentation and Database Development. He possesses exceptional skills in community mobilization, participatory approaches, promotion programs to achieve short-term and long-term objectives within the assigned resources and timeframes.
