Funding & Supporting Partners

FINISH Society implements a variety of programs for agencies such as UNICEF, World Vision, CII, Habitat for Humanity, World Toilet Organization etc.

We have also partnered with some State Governments in directly implementing the Swachh Bharat Mission and leveraging financial assistance for the communities.

We have also partnered with many corporates in their corporate social responsibility initiatives to implement sanitation, hygiene, water & waste management related programs.


FINISH Society is empanelled as KEY RESOURCE CENTRE by Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation as their training and capacity building partner for Swachh Bharat Mission Program.

HCL Foundation

Under HCL SAMUDAY, FINISH Society is an implementation partner for water, sanitation and hygiene project in 25 Gram Panchayats of Hardoi District in Uttar Pradesh. The Foundation has covered 765 Villages which is equivalent to 600,000 Beneficiaries.

Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM)

FINISH has partnered both State and Central Government for implementing Swachh Bharat Mission Program across India.

Government of Rajasthan

FINISH has partnered with Government of Rajasthan for implementing various SBM projects including ODF sustainability and Solid Liquid Waste Management in several districts of Rajasthan.

FINISH has become a member of Technology Business Incubation Unit of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University.

Lohia Swachh Bihar Abhiyan (LSBA), Government of Bihar

FINISH with partnership of Lohia Swachh Bihar Abhiyan is implementing training and capacity building and ODF sustainability program across 4 districts of Bihar.

Tata Power Community Development Trust (TPCDT)

FINISH with support of Tata Power Community Development Trust (TPCDT) is implementing Awareness Generation on Health Policy, Mediclaim, Linkage with Bank and insurance especially for girl child in Maithon, Jharkhand.

Cairn India

FINISH in partnership with Cairn India is facilitating in construction of 20,000 toilets in Barmer district of Rajasthan through motivation and awareness generation.

Water Aid

FINISH in partnership with Water Aid is Piloting Sustainable WASH in Schools for Enabling Better Health, Hygiene and Environment in Nashik, Maharashtra.

Become a Partner

Step 1: Partner Pre- Qualification and Selection

  1. Operating as MFI or as NGO with SHG-Bank linkage programme or NGO working with TSC and savings of beneficiaries or cooperatives or CSR projects or any other financial institution.
  2. Interest in sanitation
  3. Size of operation, minimum size is 1 crore (INR 10,000,000) or delivering of 2,000 safe sanitation systems
  4. Compact geographical area of operation initially not exceeding two districts
  5. Experience of working in development projects

Note: Aspiring partners blacklisted by FIs or donor organizations need not apply.

Preferences will be given to:
  • Organizations with prior experience in lending for sanitation.
  • Credit rating organizations experienced in gender inclusive programme.

Step 2: First due diligence by PIT Team and on-site verification

Step 3: As part of the selection process all aspiring partners have to fill in a questionnaire

All aspiring partners need to conform to the Environmental Social Governance criteria. FINISH will not partner with entities that are systematically involved in:

  • Violations of basic human rights standards.
  • The most serious forms of child labor or forced labor.
  • Serious forms of corruption.
  • Serious forms of environmental contamination.
  • Production of weapon systems of which the effects are disproportionate and that do not distinguish between military and civilian targets.
  • Violations of generally-accepted ethical principles that apply in a humane civilization.
